Beschreibung

"Regarded by many as one of the world's most beautiful cars when released in 1994, the DB7 received many subtle but effective changes over its 10 year life to complement the elegant body design. Originally designed by Ian Callum to be both beautiful and practical and encompass all the unmistakable DB styling cues, it was initially deemed a little underpowered and thus lacking in excitement. In 1999 the DB7 received significant enhancements with the introduction of the Vantage. The Vantage was the first Aston Martin to use the V12 engine and alongside styling changes enabled 420bhp with the manual example achieving 184mph top speed. A more aggressive styling with a bigger front grille, new fog lights, side and indicator lights and imposing 18 wheels complemented the styling refresh. The Vantage interior leather trim was cut and sewn at a special trim shop at Newport Pagnell, where the carpet and wood veneers were also prepared.
Originally registered on 30th May 2000 this Aston Martin is finished in the delightful colour combination of Porsche Cobalt Blue with Pacific Blue and Parchment interior. A walnut dash and door cappings, together with dark blue Wilton carpets finish the cabin area supremely well. Having covered a mere 38,013 miles from new, this DB7 has had only three owners throughout its lifetime, the current registered keeper has owned the car since September 2004. Not only does this car have low ownership and mileage, it is fitted with a manual gearbox. Manual examples of a DB7 Vantage are rare and to find a low mileage example is even harder to find. Present in the history file are the original service books, showing the car was supplied by JCT in Leeds. There are nine stamps in the service book, along with a host of invoices. Supplied with a V5C registration document and a current MoT test certificate valid until 8th October 2024, this Aston Martin DB7 Vantage, with its six-speed manual gearbox is sure to create interest. Consignor Stewart Banks."
