This car is an original US-specification example, elegantly finished in white with black-piped red upholstery. The Spider resided with one owner in York, Pennsylvania, for much of its existence and, as a result, was preserved in largely original condition. The consignor, an enthusiast with a passion for 1950s European sports cars, recently entrusted the Spider to the award-winning specialists at Sargent Metal Works of Bradford, Vermont, for a high-quality repaint in the original color.
