Purchased in Italy in 2003, this Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV was then imported into Belgium, accompanied by a certificate of conformity issued by Fiat Auto Belgio.
In 2008, while it was in the hands of an enthusiast from Fernelmont, in the Namur region, it was carefully prepared, with the aim of taking part in historic rallies. It is fitted with an anti-rollover bar, a hydraulic handbrake control, specific interior fittings and then, in 2009, an OMP roll bar conforming to FIA standards.
At the end of this preparatory work, the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium issued a Belgian certificate for competition vehicles, which allowed it to participate in 2010 in the Rallye des Ardennes. In 2011, its Fernelmont owner, wishing to acquire a GTV V6, sold this GTV 2000 to Baudouin Lempereur. The car comes with a folder including technical documentation and the RACB certificate mentioned above.
This is a car that will allow you to participate in rallies without incurring significant costs, because its running costs remain very reasonable, and at the same time it is efficient and exciting to drive.
