Introduced in 1956, the R60 was a rugged, high-quality machine that furthered BMW’s reputation for building the world’s finest touring motorcycles – bikes that could be ridden long distances while offering unmatched reliability and comfort. This relatively late-production R60/2 was the recipient of a high-quality restoration and presents beautifully today finished in traditional Avus Black with white pinstriping. Equipped with a period-correct Steiger seat and offered with a tool roll, this BMW retains its matching-numbers engine per its original data tag.
