Description

"The Lancia Flavia was launched with an overhead-valve, horizontally opposed four-cylinder aluminium engine which was mounted ahead of the front wheels providing a drive with plenty of torque. Combined with the independent front suspension and beam axle at the rear, great road holding was achieved while the dual-circuit, servo assisted all-round disc brakes gave the Lancia Flavia exceptional braking combined with front wheel drive performance making it a very advanced vehicle from its time.
This beautiful example is a very rare right hand drive UK supplied example and is finished in blue coachwork.. Offered with an extensive history file including its original buff log book, original handbooks, brochures, old MoT records, invoices from Lancia specialists including the renowned Omicron Engineering who have carried out thousands of pounds of refurbishment over the years making this example beautiful and very useable! The 1.8 litre engine is reported to run as it should and we are told the Flavia is a joy to drive. Very rarely do right hand drive examples come to the open market, especially with such excellent history. Consigned by Daniel Godin.
