Description

One of Italy’s most renowned car body manufacturers, Carrozzeria Vignale of Turin, was founded in 1948 by Alfredo Vignale. He began his career in the years before the war, creating a successful design based on a FIAT Topolino chassis. Vignale was Enzo Ferrari’s preferred coachbuilder during the early years of the Maranello factory’s existence. Carrozzeria Vignale designed and built cars for Lancia and Maserati as well. By the 1960s, it expanded, gearing up for the complete production of automobiles. FIAT chassis were frequently used as the base for many of Vignale’s most popular models, including this 750 Spyder, based on the FIAT 600 D. Introduced in 1960 as an evolution of the 600, the 600 D used a 767 cc engine, improved lubrication and cooling systems, side deflectors, key ignition, modified gear ratios, and significantly enhanced performance, with a top speed increased to 110 km/h.

The car we are offering is in excellent overall condition, with a conservatively restored and meticulously maintained state. It features a special combination with black interior and custom-requested black new soft top. It comes with black plates and the original owner’s manual.

It comes with a FIAT Certificate of Origin and the original Vignale commercial brochure from that era. Ready for any viewing and test drive.
