Very fine and unusual, 18K yellow gold and leather lady's
brooch-lapel watch with Patek Philippe yellow gold brooch
fitting. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Hangtag.
Two-body, polished, curved bezel, bar and triple fluted
single lug, five oval-link and bar brooch fitted to a leather
bow.
White, painted with painted Breguet numerals, outer
minute track. Oxidized gold Breguet hands.
Cal. E15, 6 jewels, with quartz standardization.
