Very fine and rare, rectangular curved, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with a Patek Philippe 18K yellow gold buckle.
Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, straight lugs, snap-on
case back, inclined faceted crystal.
Brushed silver with applied yellow gold faceted baton indexes,
outer minute track, subsidiary dial for the seconds. Yellow gold
baton hands.
