Dial: White dial with 3 sub-dials; no visible stains or damage
Date: Quickset date function works (pull crown 1 step out and turn to change)
Crystal: Fairly clean with some minor scratches
Chronograph: Function works normally
Bracelet: Omega SS bracelet ref 1562 (used but in good condition). Length including watch head 18 cm.

Service history unknown but overall condition is good and watch is running normally. Sold as is.
