This is a beautiful 1995 Jaguar XJS Convertible that comes directly from Tennessee with only 25,611 miles on the odometer. The car is in very good condition and has always been cherished.
The deep black metallic paint looks beautiful and is almost completely free of signs of wear. The sheet metal is completely original and in very good condition. The fits are correct and the panels are nice and thin. The bumpers also fit beautifully everywhere. The car stands on optional rims that are also in very good condition. The convertible top, which is also black, can of course be operated electrically and opens and closes perfectly. For the days when the hood can remain down, there is of course a tonneau cover available.
The interior is, as you would expect from a real Jaguar, generously equipped with leather and burl walnut inlay. The inside of the car seems new and you will really have to look for signs of wear with a light, even the cheeks of the seats are free of entry damage. The instruments and controls all function as they should. Furthermore, you will of course lack nothing in this British convertible. Things such as cruise control, air conditioning, an on-board computer, electrically operated windows and mirrors and electric seats with seat heating are all present.
But what really matters with this car is the driving. This Jaguar XJS is equipped with the well-known and much-loved 6-cylinder 4.0 liter engine. The engine provides no shortage of power, with 241 hp and 382 Nm of torque. On the one hand a comfortable car, on the other hand a car that turns out to be a true sports car, especially on long, undulating routes. The engine runs silky smooth and always has sufficient torque available. The chassis and brakes are also very well maintained and contribute to the wonderful driving behavior of this Jaguar. The car is just as beautiful technically as it is optically and is ready to go on a nice tour. The car comes with the original board map.
