The E60 generation introduced various electronic features to the 5 Series, including iDrive, head-up display, active cruise control, active steering and voice control. The E60 also was the first 5 Series available with a turbocharged petrol engine, a 6-speed automatic transmission and regenerative braking. New safety features for the E60 included adaptive headlights, night vision, active headrests, Lane Departure Warning and high intensity emergency brake lights.
This well presented manual gearbox M Sport example was registered new on 20th May 2009 and is offered in very good condition considering its age. The paintwork presents well and the interior is very clean. Offered with service history from BMW main dealer and specialists, old MoT records, sundry bills, the current UK V5C registration document and a MoT test certificate valid until January 2024. Showing 108,956 miles from new,  these Touring examples are hugely practical and the M Sport edition is arguably the most sort after model.
