Description
Very nice Camaro from 1969, the most beautiful and rarest year for the Camaro, daily user.
This Camaro is in absolute top condition and fitted with a tuned high-performance 396CUI.
The engine block is in very good condition, it was serviced entirely and tuned to approx. 450 hp, aluminium radiator with electronic cooling, sensor-controlled,
flowed, fast camshaft, Damon double pump carburettor and MSD electronic ignition, ceramic-coated headers with a heat shield, stainless double exhaust system by Pypes with a very beautiful and deep sound.
It has powered steering with a rack and pinion system which steers very directly. Front and rear equipped with Corvette c4 callipers and discs.
The front suspension is equipped with spiral shock absorbers, a single leaf spring at the back with shock absorbers of which the height can be adjusted by means of an air valve, for a supery tight grip on the road.
In order to bring this power onto the road properly, it is fitted with an extra strong
TCI high torque 3-stage automatic gear box and lock barrier drive.
The rear axle is a 12-bolt rear axle with stabilisation bars and an extra heavy drive shaft for more grip.
This Camaro was fully restored, sand-blasted en newly coated on a car rotisserie in the Netherlands.. The entire body is completely rust free, all bushings, rubbers and bolts have been renewed, so it's really in top condition.
The paint has a very beautiful deep MIDNIGHT purple colour and is in very neat condition.
All the lines of the doors, body, bonnet and trunk are very neat and it looks very sleek.
The interior is in neat condition, the upholstery of the chairs is still original with minor signs of wear, new carpets, door panels, headliner, dashboard, rear shelf. The rear view mirror is original but the glass is slightly weathered.
The rear shelf features JBL speakers, they are not connected, however.
The rims are CIM wheels, the front wheels are 17 inches x 245 wide, the rear wheels are 18 inches x 275 wide and are fitted with Continental Contact Sport tyres which are still in good condition.
There are 3 original keys available, Dutch papers, import documents.
The Camaro has a Dutch number plate and has a valid MOT and was completely checked and inspected by the Dutch National Road Administration and can be viewed and picked up in Hoek van Holland, the Netherlands.
