This Citroën DSuper 5 was put into service on August 16, 1971. Originally painted in Beige Albatros AC087, it was completely repainted in a metallic anthracite close to Palladium Gray. Its body is in good presentation condition. Its upholstery was redone in the color of the time, in accordance with Pallas references, and goes very well with the bodywork. Among the biggest costs incurred, we find, apart from the upholstery and passenger compartment, many door seals and window wipers, various fittings, but also the water pump and its pulleys replaced by new. On the road, the car behaves well, the suspension is comfortable with no unwanted rebounds, the gearbox handles smoothly on all five gears and the engine runs normally. Only the tires would need to be replaced, just as a clutch check would have to be carried out, the latter slipping slightly and preventing full use of the engine.
It is thus a beautiful specimen of DSuper 5 slightly "DS-ized" that we offer today for sale with numerous invoices from Blondeau and its technical control valid for less than 6 months.
