Description
An original right hand drive UK delivered E Type in exceptional condition throughout following a full restoration by the highly regarded E Type Specialists, New Forest Classic Cars, based in Lymington, Hampshire.
The restoration was completed in 2016 as documented on file and a number of desirable upgrades were incorporated that greatly improve the driving experience and usability including a five speed gearbox by Elite Racing, front Fosseway Performance brake upgrade, halogen headlights and GT spec torsion bars by Rob Beere, high torque starter and high output alternator by Fosseway Performance and a period-look Becker stereo unit with iPhone compatibility.
Finished in the great colour combination of Gunmetal with red leather interior the car has covered a minimal mileage on dry roads only since restoration and has been carefully stored at all other times in a storage bubble – hence it remains in superb, probably better than new condition in all respects. A recent drive confirmed how good a well-sorted E Type is on the road. This one certainly lives up to the legend.
