Bentley stellte den Azure 1995 auf dem Genfer Autosalon vor. Der Karosseriebauer Pininfarina half bei der Entwicklung des luxuriösen viersitzigen Cabriolets auf Basis des Continental R, fertigte die Karosserie und das dick gefütterte Stoffverdeck. Die Endmontage erfolgte im Bentley-Werk in Crewe. Die Produktion der ersten Serie des Azure lief bis 2003 mit 1.403 produzierten Exemplaren.

Ursprünglich wurde dieser Azure in die USA ausgeliefert. Lückenlose Carfax Historie von 2001 bis 2009 liegt vor. In Deutschland wurde der Bentley dann auf die EU-Spezi-fikation umgerüstet. Originales Owners Handbook und Service Book sind vorhanden.

Bentley introduced the Azure in 1995 at the Geneva Motor Show. Coachbuilder Pininfarina helped in creating the luxurious new four-seater convertible based on the Continental R, producing the shell and thick soft top, with final assembly taking place at Bentley?s Crewe factory in England. Production of the first series of the Azure ran through 2003 with 1,403 examples produced.

Originally this Azure was delivered to the US. Complete Carfax history from 2001 to 2009 is available. In Germany the Bentley was converted to the EU specification. Original Owners Handbook and Service Book come with the car.
