OMEGA - a gentleman's Speedmaster chronograph bracelet watch. Stainless steel case with tachymeter bezel. Reference 145.0022, 345.0022, serial 77820340. Signed manual wind calibre 1861. Black dial with luminous baton hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three, six and nine. Fitted to a signed stainless steel bracelet with folding clasp. 40mm.
