Very fine, two-time-zone, 18K white gold lady's wristwatch with
3 cabochon sapphire-set crowns and an 18K white gold Patek
Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe fitted box,
Certificate of Origin, and an additional blue alligator strap.
Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped ribbed
bezel, concave lugs, sapphire crystal, the crown at 3 is for
time-setting and winding, the pusher at 8 activates the local
time jump-hour forwards by one hour at a time, the second
pusher at 10 activates the same hand backwards.
White with applied white gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary
dials for the seconds at 6 and the 24-hours second time zone at
12. Black oxydized gold feuille hands, white gold hand for the
second time zone.
