This major intervention included the complete rectification of the block and cylinder heads, the installation of a performance camshaft and timing kit, as well as the addition of reinforced components such as custom liners, a rectified crankshaft and a high flow oil pump. The restoration was completed with a full engine balance, reconditioning of the cylinder head guides and water pipes, and reworking of the flywheel. More recently, in 2024, the steering box was replaced to optimize precision and driving pleasure.
