This is truly a stunning Volvo in great condition. This black Amazon began its journey in Umeå, Sweden, in 1960 and spent a large part of its life there until an enthusiast with a deep-rooted passion for classic Volvo's purchased it and began renovating the interior, carefully preserving the original details. The result? Given the low mileage, this enthusiast only replaced the headliner and floor mats! Recently, the Amazon received a respray, which was neatly executed.

The condition of this Volvo? Fantastic. The details of this car are truly authentic and in good shape. Please take a look at the photos for an impression. 

The bodywork is very straight, without any signs of damage. Thanks to the recent new paint job, the finish shines with a deep gloss and is truly a feast for the eyes. The chrome bumpers show only minimal signs of use, and this Volvo is equipped with original Marchal auxiliary lights to complete the authentic look.

The interior is, figuratively speaking, almost flawless. It's incredible how beautiful this interior still is, considering that it's largely original. Recently, this example underwent a full service, during which the brakes were also overhauled. The strong and ultra-reliable Amazon engine, upgraded with a Stage 2 (KG) and a K-cam camshaft, runs very well, and shifting is crisp without any play in the gear lever. The controls are light to operate, and the chassis feels solid—just as you would expect from this sturdy Swede.
