For sale: a 1964 Austin-Healey 3000 MK2. The car was restored by a rally specialist in 2008/2009, with photos and invoices available to document the work. The gearbox was overhauled in 2019, and the engine was overhauled and tuned in 2018, with invoices included.
This Austin-Healey is set up for rally driving, featuring a 6-point roll cage, 80-liter aluminum fuel tank, adjustable shock absorbers, electronic ignition, oil cooler, electric radiator, coolant expansion tank, and a dual braking system. It’s powered by a 2912cc 6-cylinder engine paired with a 4-speed manual gearbox and competition overdrive.
The car has been restored with rally styling, including louvers on the hood and front fenders. It has light blue paint, black 15” alloy wheels, and a “Works-Style” trunk. The interior includes bucket seats with diamond stitching, sports pedals, and a detachable steering wheel. It also has a custom 6-point roll cage for added safety. There are some signs of use on both the interior and exterior.
