Description

The Streetka had its debut as a “Ford roadster concept” at the Turin salon in 2000. The positive reception by the public finally led to the decision to produce the car three years later under the name of Streetka. The concept stems from the Ford Ghia design studio in Turin. The specialists from Pininfarina were tasked with the transformation from concept to series production. Their brief was to remain as close as possible to the show car and take over series production. Finally built from 2003 to 2005, only 37’000 examples were completed by Pininfarina before production capacity was needed for the Focus cabriolet. Our example, in blaze orange, is a Swiss delivery and was handed over to its first owner through Garage Brunner in Langnau on the 26th of May 2003. After presumably 3 owners the fun roadster was taken over by the vendor several years ago but not registered and hardly driven. With now roughly 107’000 kilometres showing and a complete service booklet the Streetka is in fair to good condition showing signs of use. The long period of inactivity would make a major service and some recommissioning a necessity. The last MOT was completed in May 2014.
