In just over a month’s time, between July 26th and 27th, the shores of Lake Tegernsee will be echoing with the baritone roar of hundreds of combustion engines as the first edition of Concours of Elegance Germany presented by A. Lange & Söhne rolls through the picturesque Bavarian countryside. After being blown away time and time again by the team’s other events — the amazing London Concours and Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace — we’ll be getting more stuck in than ever as the official media partners for this exciting event. In fact, our CEO JP Rathgen will be taking up the role of Honorary Concours Director, where he will host the prestigious Concours Club and also act as Chief Compere on the live stage.
Attendees will be able to soak up the natural beauty of Gut Kaltenbrunn, a majestic estate located at the head of Lake Tegernsee. It’s a destination renowned for its five-star hotels and world-class dining, combining stunning views of the Bavarian Alps with the crystal clear waters of Lake Tegernsee. It’s a truly unique landscape that will serve as the perfect backdrop for the 200-car concours, and the preceding four day Bavarian Tour that will see 25 automotive works of art explore Tegernsee’s finest roads before the concours itself begins.
