Description

The factory specification build/order sheets for this rather special Silver Wraith record that this car was ordered in 1947 for the Maharajah of Nabha, passing in 1948 to H. H. The Mother Maharini Srojani of Nabha State, presumably his mother. Park Ward & Co. Ltd. of Willesden were the favoured coachbuilders for the Sports Saloon coachwork and Fish Silver livery with grey leather interior were specified. The car has several distinctive features including electric windows, electric glass division and period valve radio with speaker to the rear compartment.

Careful restoration of this most original car sees it handsomely presented as close as possible to its factory specifications. Liveried in Fish Silver, with superb grey leather interior, the car features a sunroof, centre driving lamp, excellent Lucas headlamps with fluted reflectors, wing mirrors and distinctive chain mud flaps to the front wheels.

The car is Swansea V5 registered, licensed and MoT’d and comes with copies of Factory Order Sheets and photographs showing the car during restoration.
