A hand-carved bear with loving details. Carved in a way that it can sit on a handrail or a balcony railing. Made of sycamore wood (Platanus acerifolia), approx. 60 cm high, treated with preservative varnish. As each object is made from a single block of wood, it is a unique piece of art!

In 2013, IWC Schaffhausen brings together the illustrious names “Ingenieur” and “Silberpfeil” in its new Ingenieur Chronograph Silberpfeil. The thing that strikes you most about the chronograph in its stainless-steel case is the design. One of the most conspicuous features is the circular- grained dial in silver or brown. Circular graining, or “perlage”, is a cloud- like pattern of small overlapping circles that is usually reserved for plates and bridges. Here, it is a tribute to the legendary Mercedes-Benz W25, whose instruments were mounted on a dashboard with a circular-grained surround. A high-quality IWC Caliber C.89361 movement was fitted in the 45 Milimeters stainless steel case and the production has been limited to 1’000 units. The watch on offer is one of this and comes in its original box with all original papers and a proof of the last service, done in 2016. It is in good condition, showing signs of wear.

As a sponsor of the BMW Sauber Formula 1 team, Certina created a limited-edition chronograph in 2009. The tried and tested automatic ETA Valjoux 7750 movement was fitted in a 42 mm stainless steel case. The dial was designed in the colours of the racing team. The watch was delivered in a box reminiscent of the nose of a Formula 1 car and with two different straps - one rubber/textile in carbon look with folding clasp and one strap in crocodile leather. The watch on offer, # 1439/4000, is in very good condition with slight signs of wear and comes in its original box with all the papers and the original second strap.
