A rare silver-plated cocktail shaker modeled as a golf bag, the detachable cover having a finial in the form of a golf ball, the body embellished with faux stitching/strapwork and a pouch, and is inscribed "Venice Golf and Country Club, Venice, FLA, The Presidents Trophy Presented By Chas. S. Brearley, 54 Holes Medal Play, Handicap Finals, April - 9 - 1927, Winner Harry A. Briggs." American, circa 1926. Designed by George Berry for International Silver Company of Meriden, Connecticut. Stamped to the base "International Silver Company, Derby S.P. Co."
