Collected new at the factory by Ron Cushway in January of 1963, this disc-brake, alloy-block Roadster is the 17th from final 300 SL built. Driven daily and used on numerous continental European rallies by the Cushway family, the car was passed to his son Martin in 1988 and today has accumulated over 380,000 miles from new. Martin Cushway Engineering, his business, is considered the UK’s leading 300 SL workshop and Martin has maintained the 300 SL for over three decades, ensuring it is always ‘on-the-button’ and ready to be enjoyed.
