Description
ROLLS ROYCE SILVER SPIRIT 1982.
VEHICLE REGISTERED AS HISTORIC. MACAYPE REINTERPRETS THE MYTHICAL CORNICHE THAT PARTICIPATED IN THE 1981 DAKAR, MAKING A NOD TO HISTORY AND GIVING A FRESH AND CASUAL IMAGE OF THIS SILVER SPIRIT TUNED BY AV CLASSICS, BECOMING A PERFECT CAR FOR REGULARITY RALLIES. The Silver Spirit is a saloon manufactured by Rolls-Royce Motors in England. It was launched in 1980 as the first model of the SZ series. The Spirit was the first car to feature the company's retractable Spirit of Ecstasy badge. This sunk into the radiator when not deployed. It was the first of a new generation of the company's models. It was the basis for the Flying Spur, Silver Dawn, Touring Limousine and Park Ward. The same chassis was also used by its sister company, Bentley, for its new Mulsanne/Eight series. The new car used the 6.75 litre V8 engine and GM-supplied THM 400 3-speed automatic transmission.
