#4: Jonathan Driver, Kettering, Northants, March 2000 - March 2006
R-R records show the car was originally supplied to R K Richards of Three Miles Cross, Berkshire in February 1966 by Weybridge Automobiles.
In August 1983 the car was shipped to the USA into the ownership of a Mr Klaus Friebe of Minoa, NY.
Through 1984-85 it appears this owner had a lot of work done on the car, with numerous parts shipped from England (many receipts on file).
A set of around 40 photos shows various aspects of restoration - these are undated and location non-specific, but it seems likely these are from the car's time in the US.
The car is back in the UK in March 1993 having been purchased from Mr Friebe by Sherwood Restorations Ltd of Newark Notts.
A letter of 3 March 1993 from Paul Haywood-Halfpenny of Sherwood to Mr Friebe compliments him on "its splendid restoration, a real credit to you".
Presumably Sherwood sold the car a few months later to its next registered UK Keeper - #3 above.
Mr Swain (#3) appears to have had the car regularly maintained by R-R/Bentley specialists Lancaster of Kettering, Northants, with a set of invoices on file.
Then, although DVLA records show the Keeper changing in March 2000, an extensive service was carried out in late 1999 on the account of Mr J Driver (#4) by Healey Bros of Irthlingborough, Northants.
A substantial history file accompanies chassis CSC21C including old MOT certificates and tax discs as well as its original Handbook .
In current ownership it since March 2006, since when it has been stored in the collection mainly consisting of Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III Mulliner Park Ward's.
