Supplied new to the USA on the 31st of October 1971, being a 1972 model this has the rare external oil filler lid on the passenger side quarter panel. Originally finished in Albert Blue with a leather black interior the car was first registered in November of 1972, having lived in Phoenix Arizona it was acquired by Auto Werkstatt owner Kenny Bornstein in Manhattan Beach, California a well known expert in Porsche 356s. During his ownership the transmission was rebuilt and a number of little repairs made. It was acquired in 2007 by our client, an experienced collector of 911s and 356s, having only covered 709 miles in his 16 year ownership, the time has come to part with this beautiful example which is finished in Tangerine Orange. The car has been maintained by Porsche specialists and has a current MOT.
