Chassis no. WDB111023310064817 Sold new in the Principality of Monaco (MC), this car was imported into Italy in 1982, when it was registered in Rome. Since then it has had three Italian owners.

This is the “b” version of the 220 SE W111, equipped with the more powerful 6-cylinder, 2,195 cc inline M127.984 engine, with aluminum head and Bosch mechanical injection with an output of 120 HP. 
Manufactured from September 1961 to October 1965, during which time just 2,729 units were built.
This car is still equipped with its original engine and a four-speed manual transmission car.
Bodywork restored some time ago and well preserved ever since. The interiors, partially preserved, are in excellent condition. The hood was replaced a few years ago, respecting the original color and material. The mechanics are in perfect working order, ready to be used.
The vehicle was the topic of a lengthy article published in the March 2005 issue of Ruoteclassiche. It is listed in the Mercedes-Benz Registro Italia.
