"The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is a two seater luxury supercar developed by Mercedes- Benz-AMG to replace the SLR McLaren and is the first Mercedes-Benz designed in-house by AMG. Described as the spiritual successor to the Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing, clearly the design inspiration also drew on the spectacular 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupé from 1955.
