Description
The infamous Mercedes-Benz SL series W113 was produced between 1963 and 1971. Due its unique shape of its hardtop this Mercedes was naed after a Chinese pagoda roof. The first version of this W113, the 230SL, was introduced in 1963. Later on the 20SL followed it 1966 and was built until 1968. Ultimately the, the final and most powerful version came on the market in 1967 which was the 280SL. It’s needless to say that, because of its 170 horsepower delivered on the rear axle from its 6-in-line-engine, this 280SL offers the most driving pleasure out of the three W113’s. The Pagoda is because of its quality, capacity and timeless design a must have for every collection and highly desired for the true drivers under us.
