This stunning 280 SE Coupé rolled off the assembly line on 25 August 1969 with specifications for the American market. Painted in its original colour of Dark Blue 904 with a Blue 245 leather interior, it boasts the typical configuration for the American market with the obligatory optional extras of tinted windows, four electric windows and air conditioning. Mr. Hesse used this Mercedes regularly until it was imported to Italy in 2019. The mechanics are in perfect condition and have absolutely no problems when driving it on the road. The presence of some bodywork defects is noted, which will require some intervention to preserve the car.
