The Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon (aka G-Class) is a 4x4 "terrain vehicle", originally developed as a military off-roader in Austria. The car is characterised by its industrial boxy looks and body-on-frame construction; it uses three fully locking differentials which makes it rather unique, yet highly capable. The G-Class is one of the companies longest production running vehicles with a span of 42 years and counting. This example is the first generation of the G-Class known (1979-1992), there were three engine options and five body variants with this particular example packing the robust 2.4-litre diesel. The “Wolf” version of the G Wagon was developed specifically for military use, they have now been deployed by over 45 nations including the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Ideal for a military motor collection or perhaps something a bit different to take to the beach, this ex-Military G Wagen has clearly been stored since new, surplus to requirements and has covered just 90km from new! It is supplied with a NOVA and dating certificate, so all that's left to do for the new owner is to apply for a V5 registration certificate and it will be ready to enjoy this summer. This example is fitted with the trusty 2.4-litre diesel engine, known for its immense reliability. This G is believed to have been commissioned for the Singapore Military, but clearly never saw any action and is affectively an 'as new' example.
