In 2023, Mercedes-AMG marked the conclusion of the W213 generation E-Class with the introduction of the E 63 S Final Edition. Limited to just 999 examples worldwide and offered in both sedan and estate configurations, this special variant paid tribute to the end of an era as the last biturbo V8-powered E 63. The Final Edition showcased distinctive aesthetic elements including 20-inch forged wheels finished in black, Matt Graphite Grey Magno paintwork, and AMG's Night Package which added high-gloss black elements to the exterior trim, window surrounds, and mirror caps.

The AMG's menacing character was further emphasized through black chrome twin tailpipes and darkened glass from the B-pillar rearward. The cabin featured a sophisticated combination of Titanium Grey Pearl and Black Nappa leather with a bevy of standard appointments including AMG Performance Seats, an AMG Performance Steering Wheel in Nappa leather and DINAMICA microfiber, AMG Zierelemente Carbon trim, and much more. The premium upholstery extended beyond the seating surfaces, trimming both the dashboard and door panels, with yellow contrast stitching providing a distinctive accent throughout. A dedicated Final Edition badge was prominently positioned on the center console below the air vents, serving as a reminder of the vehicle's limited production status.
