Description
"The Mercedes W123 is a range of executive cars produced between January 1976 and January 1986. This new model was larger in wheelbase and exterior dimensions than its predecessor and enjoyed a greater sales rate than the car it replaced, selling 2.7 million cars worldwide.
This 230 TE was first registered in 1985 at the UK head office of Mercedes-Benz in Milton Keynes. It is one of only four cars to have been used as an official Mercedes-Benz Service Car. It still carries the blue and white paint scheme and decals of the service vehicles. As part of its service livery it is fitted with a very rare, boot mounted tool box and roof rack. This car is supplied to auction with a V5C registration document and an MoT test certificate valid until May 2020. The rareness of this car has recently been rewarded with a space on display at Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey. KNZ 1037 is both a rare but usable modern classic ready to be enjoyed by a new owner."
