Over a glittering professional tennis career that spanned 24 years, Roger Federer achieved all there was to do in the men’s singles game. While active as one of the world’s best players, the Swiss was a proud Mercedes-Benz ambassador, lending his support to numerous brand collaborations, as well as counting some incredible machines wearing the Three-Pointed Star in his personal collection. Upon Federer’s retirement, the 20-time Grand Slam champion linked up with the Stuttgart company once more, creating a one-off special edition to honour his career.

The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E PERFORMANCE went on sale in February 2022 and was heralded by the German manufacturer as the first performance hybrid from Mercedes-AMG and at the same time the most powerful series-production model of the brand from Affalterbach to date. The four-door coupé is powered by an incredible 4.0-litre V-8 engine supported by a 150 kW electric motor. These combine for a brilliant 843 PS system output that ensures superior driving performance and outstanding driving dynamics, with impressive efficiency at the same time. This unique GT 63 S E PERFORMANCE is finished in bespoke Electric Beam neon-yellow in homage to Federer’s sport, making it a true one-of-a-kind. Further to the specially made paintwork, the car carries Federer’s personal signet.
