The McLaren MP4-12C is the first car entirely designed and built by McLaren since the McLaren F1 was released in 1992. The final design of the MP4-12C was first unveiled on 8 September 2009, after which the car went into production in 2011.

The engine is a 3.8L V8 twin-turbo M838T with 600 hp and 600 Nm of torque. The car is full of technology also used in Formula 1. The chassis is made entirely of carbon, the total weight is only 1,399 kg.

The name of the car, MP4-12C, can be divided into three parts: "MP4" has been used on all McLaren Formula 1 cars since 1981 and stands for "McLaren Project 4". The "12" comes from the internal vehicle performance index, and the "C" refers to carbon (carbon).

This Coupé is both visually and technically in very well-maintained condition (maintained by the dealer), just like the engine. The car runs well, it is very powerful and a pleasure to drive. This English-made Spider was originally delivered new in the Emirates, but it currently has a German registration and a new technical inspection (TUV) valid until May 2023.
