This fire truck was built by the German truck manufacturer Magirus GmbH, which has been building fire trucks since 1866. The Magirus company also invented the famous turntable ladder that is still used by firefighters today.

The Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz S3500 had the reputation of being technically very well developed and able to operate under the toughest conditions. It is powered by an 8.0 L 6-cylinder Deutz Diesel engine connected to a 5-speed manual transmission. The fire truck drives, brakes, and shifts.

The Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz S3500 we offer for sale here is in original, unrestored condition. The paintwork has signs of use all around and the interior also shows signs of use/wear.

The fire truck accommodates 7 passengers and has several storage compartments and fire equipment.
