The Range Rover P38 was introduced in the fall of 1994. The successor to the Range Rover, which had already been in production since 1970, was a modern, but still genuine off-road vehicle with a separate body and rigid axles.

For sale is a well-kept, thoroughly restored Range Rover P38 equipped for overlanding and ready for new adventures.

The car has been sold new in Holland. The car was registered in Finland in 2018 and has been owned by a mechanic specializing in Land Rovers ever since.

The Range Rover has been well looked after and has been thoroughly restored over the past four years:

The car’s original 2.5-liter straight six-cylinder, turbocharged BMW M51 diesel engine has been thoroughly overhauled. The engine has new bearings, the piston rings have been renewed and the cylinder heads have been machined. The radiator, intercooler, hoses and condensers have been renewed as well as waterpump and electric fan. Turbo has been renewed and updated to M57’s variable nozzle one.

The wearing parts of the car’s chassis have been renewed and new + 2″ coil springs and shock absorbers have been installed. The front propshaft and the rear propshaft rag joint have been renewed.

The fan blower motors have been renewed.

Engine and automatic transmission oils with filters renewed in 10/2022.
