This Range Rover Classic was delivered through Garage du Pont in Château d’Oex and 1st registered in the Vaudoise canton on the 8th September 1993. After at least two changes of ownership, in 1996, then showing around 60’000 kilometres, and in 2002 with 83’000 kilometres, the elegant SUV was taken over by the vendor in 2017 with 90’000 kilometres showing. He enjoyed the substantial Brit enthusiastically and often but made sure maintenance was performed as required. In 2021 at 122’000 kilometres, the water pump and one of the altitude sensors were replaced and the left half shaft re-sealed. In 2023 at 143’000 kilometres, the Range Rover received a new starter motor, new brake callipers, brake lines and pads front and rear, new tyres and a major service. For the upcoming MOT some corroded areas on the floor and sills were repaired. With now 155’000 kilometres driven the Range is in fair to good condition. The interior is in good condition, but the headliner should be replaced. The coachwork shows age correct signs of use, and all the mechanical bits are functioning well. The last MOT was completed in February 2023.
