Based on the Diablo SV-R, the Lamborghini Diablo GTR is a track-only variant of the GT model. Its 6.0-liter V12 engine produces 40 more horsepower than the SV-R, pushing the car to a top speed of 210 mph. The GTR features a stripped-out interior, with the roof and doors remaining metal while the rest of the body is crafted from carbon fiber to minimize weight.

This 2000 Lamborghini Diablo GTR, car number 19 of 30, was originally purchased by the Stephane Ratel Organization (SRO) to compete in the Lamborghini GT-R Super Trophy series. During the 2001 season, it was raced by Autovitesse while still owned by SRO. At the end of 2001, the car, then sporting silver metallic bodywork, was acquired by Reiter Engineering and entered into the 2002 Super Trophy Series.

Between 2012 and 2013, Reiter Engineering performed a meticulous ground-up restoration on this Diablo GTR. It was returned to its original orange shade, with the chassis measured to be perfect. All parts were either replaced or reconditioned to new before being reassembled onto the car.

Notably, this Diablo GTR is one of only three finished in Arancio, making it a particularly rare and desirable model among Lamborghini enthusiasts and collectors. This extensive restoration ensures it remains a pristine example of Lamborghini's racing heritage.
