Description

Chassis No. ZHWUM6ZD3LLA09934

Lamborghini introduced the world to the Aventador in 2011 as a replacement for the well-loved top of the range Murciélago. The new Aventador has more than lived up to the Lamborghini tradition of building outlandish V12 poster cars in the years since its introduction. As a fitting tribute to the founding of the company in 1963, only 63 of the Aventador SVJ coupes were made to mark this special occasion. The Aventador's SVJ moniker stands for 'Super Veloce Jota,' with 'Jota' paying homage to the singular Miura Jota produced in 1970.

The centerpiece of any Lamborghini is the outstanding engine design. The mid-engine layout for this 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 creates an operatic experience only inches away from the driver. Generating a staggering 759 hp, this SVJ is no slouch, as it reaches 62 mph in 2.8 on its way to a top speed in excess of 220 mph. The seven-speed transmission and clever four-wheel drive system allow for a smooth and controlled driving experience. Carbon ceramic brakes fill the barrels of the staggered 20/21-in wheels to match this special drivetrain, providing an equally impressive stopping power.

A unique Bianco Nephele (white) livery with the number 63 prominently featured on this car's exterior distinguishes this special edition from a regular SVJ. The white is contrasted by numerous carbon fiber trim pieces from the front splitter to the roof, engine cover, and the rear wing and diffuser. This theme continues through the Nero Cosmus interior as the center console and gauge cluster are surrounded by carbon fiber, contrasting the white leather seat inserts and stitching. This Lamborghini will satisfy any audiophile due to the $4,200 Sensonum premium sound system, allowing the choice of music to match the quality produced by the magnificent V12.

This particular Aventador SVJ is presented today in near-perfect condition, having covered only 123 miles since new at the time of cataloging, as supported by the clean Carfax. The car is accompanied by the original factory-supplied car cover and owner's manual packet. With only 63 coupes produced and the end of Aventador production being announced earlier this year, this SVJ 63 offers an excellent opportunity to purchase a rare, special edition Lamborghini in like new condition.
