Moreover, over its 66-year existence, this car has had only three owners and still retains its original Dutch registration. Finished in the original “Indigo Blue” and with just 2,789 examples built, it’s an extremely rare find.

*The History of the Jaguar XK140*
Introduced in 1954, the Jaguar XK140 built upon the success of its predecessor, the legendary XK120. With improvements such as a repositioned engine and rack-and-pinion steering, the XK140 offered a more refined driving experience. The 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine with dual overhead camshafts produced 190 horsepower in standard form, which was considered remarkable performance at the time. The Drophead Coupe also provided a more spacious interior and a luxurious touch, making it one of the most sought-after versions.
