Trade-in car. A super authentic Jaguar XJ-6 with full service history. This Jaguar XJ-6 was supplied in Switzerland from new in 1984. As you may well know, the Swiss are very particular with the care of their cars and are mainly kept in heated garages. This XJ-6 is no exception to that rule. This Jaguar is accident-free, has superbly straight body panels and is rust-free from tip to toe. Zero rust and zero rust repairs! The original paintwork unfortunately is somewhat tired and beyond its best. What is in good condition is the brightwork, rubbers and other embellishments attached to the car. The interior trim is also still very nice and neat. The leather trim is in very condition without signs of wear. The dashboard, head liner and carpets as well are all in good condition. The engine runs well and the car is drivable. Mechanically speaking the care does require attention and therefore a major service would not go amiss. The Jaguar has Swiss papers with all import duties and other taxes paid. This car represents an excellent starting point and with a fresh coat of paint will be a sleek and stylish British daily driver.
