Exotic and rare in Italy, the Honda Z600 series was born as a sportier ‘coupé’ version – only 918 were delivered throughout Europe, very few arrived in Italy due to high import taxes.

This Honda was sold on 12th April on Catawiki; the buyer decided to finish another restoration project and was unable to complete the purchase, with regret, having seen the car in person and having tested it and found it to be as described.

Very rare vehicle with black 5-digit number plates, it was kept in southern Italy and, thanks to the dry climate, was perfectly preserved, fully original and never modified.

The bodywork was recently repainted in its original orange colour, which is shiny and in beautiful condition.

The engine is in working order, a general check of levels and operation was recently carried out including a road test.

A set of new tyres and an Ansa exhaust were installed in 2021.

The interior is in beautiful condition and designed with Japanese attention to detail. It has sports seats, sports steering wheel, manual gearbox, tachometer, courtesy lights, glove compartment with flap, rear ashtray, rear windows with top-hung opening, fold-down rear bench.

Under the car, floor is original and in very good condition. The entire underbody is very solid, as shown in the photos on the lift.
