This absolute traditional Hot Rod is the iconic OG car that started the Hot Rod revolution in the USA and all Hot Rods thereafter have followed this OG platform. Well known through the Hot Rod world and was the "unveil" car at the 2022 Hot Rod Show in Sydney which is a massive accolade as only the absolute best get invited for this privileged honour. Owned by an avid car enthusiast/collector who has a passion for all things American and was built over time to be a perfect representation of this iconic period in motoring with a little modern elements for driving enjoyment. Much $$$$$ has been spent making this fun safe and historic 1932 Ford Hot Rod Brookville Body 3 Window Coupe an absolute head turner and show stopper with a FULL "Steel" Brookville Body rust proofed and dynamat throughout so done the right way the first time. Finished in period correct Ford "Washington Blue" coachwork.

Period correct in many ways but with the added benefits off modern day comforts and drivability including period correct Ford Flathead 59A Block which has been fully reconditioned crack and pressure tested block. New pistons/rings/bearings/ 8BA Conrods fully balanced and assembled. New modern larger valves with hardened seats installed with adjustable lifters and 3/4 cam fitted for a nice rumble. Polished aluminium Edelbrock cylinder heads with dual Edelbrock sling shot intake manifolds with Bob Drake water pumps also fitted. New Walker brass 3 core radiator fitted during rebuild and also 2 new Stromberg 97 Carburettors with custom carby tops finish of this amazing authentic looking engine bay which is really a visual delight on her own. Really so much has been done to this truly epic 1932 Hot Rod the list is very thorough and detailed. The running gear has also as expected been completely rebuilt and updated with a "T5 5" Speed gearbox with with alloy adapter housing with machined flywheel, new clutch assembly with new manufactured/balanced tail shaft with a Willwood hydraulic clutch master cylinder and slave cylinders. There is so much more to discuss there was no expense spared in this build.

The interior has been totally redone in soft Tobacco Diamond Quilted Leatherette in period style bench seat with matching door cards and tailor made carpets to match. All new seating bespoke made by "Bench & Bucket" Hot Rod Seating fully ADR compliance with ADR approved sliding/adjustable for maximum comfort. The factory "push out" windscreen is intact and adds that sense of occasion with her very rare rear window wind down all operating correctly. Period correct new gauges and dials by "Stewart & Warner" complete with her traditional 1940 Ford Steering Wheel and matching sun visors. The 1940s is when this revolution started with all the returning x servicemen from the war who had cash to build cars for speed and fun, the Hot Rod revolution started and even to this day with the new generation wanting to remember a period of fast cars and simple need for speed desirability has ever increased. Built to be the best example out there finished off with her "period correct" Ford 1940 Rims with safety beads with 16x5.5 rims front and rear are 16x7.5 all fitted with period correct Firestones "read-white wall" tyres to complete that perfect Hot Rod look we are so familiar with. exact detail she has the traditional 3 spoke steering wheel, the perfect look of \'\'Bigs & Littles\'\' with wheels being the classic 16\'\' Genie rims in Washington Blue to match with a set of hub period correct chrome hubcaps/trim rings to complete the whole look and stance. The suspension is the traditional but the brakes have the period classic look but have the safety of "read hidden" Willwood disc brakes hidden on the front and the rear has the drums all making her much safer to drive and live with. The period correct \'\'Firestone Tyres\'\' with the white wall are 16x4.5 on front and 16x6.0 on the rear to make that perfect traditional Hi-Boy stance on the road. She will be supplied with a full set of "cycle guard\'s" in matching Washington Blue for registration in other states.
