The Ford Capri is a fastback coupe that was manufactured from 1969 to 1986, designed by American Philip Clark, one of the main designers of the Mustang. Using the mechanical components from the Mk. II Cortina and intended as the European equivalent of the Ford Mustang, the Capri went on to be a highly successful car for Ford selling nearly 1.9 million units in its lifetime. A wide variety of engines were used in the Capri throughout its production life span.

Originally registered on the 5th July 1976 this stylish Ford Capri features the desirable 3 litre engine which is mated to an automatic gearbox. This rare 'top of the range' example presents well in metallic green paint which is complemented by a black everflex roof and a contrasting beige cloth interior. This most stylish of the 70's Ford lineup benefits from a factory fitted sunroof, alloy wheels and radio cassette. Offered to auction with a V5C registration document and a fresh MOT test certificate. Consigned by Dominic Lake
