2.4L engine
French title
Although less well known than its Ferrari counterpart, the Fiat Dino is far from being uninteresting, especially as the history of these two cars is inseparable. Indeed, when Fiat acquired a stake in the Maranello firm in the 1960s, the latter sought to have its new Dino engine (initiated by Dino Ferrari, Enzo's son) homologated. A series production of at least 500 vehicles was required and so the Fiat Dino was developed and production began in 1967. A cabriolet model was available and was also available as a coupé with a design by Bertone. It was initially powered by the Dino 2.0L engine, but was later reworked to include the 2.4L
the 2.4L engine equipped with a cast iron block and a new aluminium cylinder head. This evolution will increase the power from 160 to 180 hp. This collaboration will have seen 7,651 examples leave the factory, all body styles and engines combined. The car on offer is in good general condition. The bodywork was recently repaired due to minor damage. The white paint has been retouched on some parts. The blue cloth upholstery is in good general condition. The engine starts without any problem and sings when you turn up the revs. It's a fun car to drive, with a real sporting spirit.
