A paradigm shift for the supercar, the SF90 is the first series production model introduced by Ferrari to see extensive use of a hybrid, 4wd drivetrain. Powered by a mid-engined 4.0 V8 partnered with three electric motors for a combined power output of 987bhp; 0-60 is dispatched in 2.5 seconds, a top speed of 211mph with electric only range of 18 miles and claimed average fuel economy of up to 47.1mpg.

The powerplant itself is borrowed from the F8 Tributo, but with a multitude of upgrades. The engine is bored out, upgraded injectors and the two turbochargers repositioned to help lower the centre of gravity. The electric-only range may seem nominal, but allows an incognito mode for leaving the garage for those early morning drives.

This example was first supplied by H.R. Owen Ferrari on 1st January 2022 to its sole keeper. Optioned new in Nero Daytona over Nero hide and Nero carpets, this example desirably features ‘Daytona’ inserts in Rosso with matching stitching and embroidered Cavallinos.
